International Experience of Dr Abrol

In year 2001, Dr Raman Abrol trained at the University ENT Hospital, Graz, Austria with Professor H. Stammberger in the fine art of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery.

In 2002, he went on a fellowship to Zurich University ENT Hospital, Zurich, Switzerland to train in Otology and Skull – Base Surgery with Professor UGO Fisch and successfully accomplished microsurgery techniques for hearing restoration.

In 2005 , Dr Abrol attended an international workshop at the Singapore General Hospital in Allergy testing, Immunotherapy and allergy management under Professor Lee Kuan.

In 2006, Dr Raman Abrol , trained in Sleep Disorders management at the Stanford Medical Centre, Sleep Disorder Clinic , Palo Alto , USA under Professor Nelson Powell.

Born in 1967, Dr. Raman Abrol is a renowned ENT specialist in Chandigarh. He graduated from Jammu University with an MBBS in 1990. From 1993 to 1996, he studied ENT for his Post-Graduation (MS) at the renowned Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. He worked as a registrar in the Department of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery at PGIMER till 1999.

Following his senior registrarship, Dr. Abrol became a member of the Chandigarh Government Medical College and Hospital teaching staff. He established his own private clinic in 2001, and it has grown to become known as a premier ENT treatment facility. His clinic performs a variety of operations, such as ear (hearing restoration surgery), sinus, and sleep apnea surgeries.
